I'm all about the no-diet, body-positive approach that focuses on making you feel better in the body you have right now - not the one you think you should have.

You're hunting for the latest fad diet, a rigid meal plan that'll make you miserable, or expecting me to wave a magic wand for instant results... we're probably not soulmates. And that's totally fine!

Look, I get it - chronic health conditions are unpredictable little monsters. Your body doesn't check your calendar before deciding to have a flare-up. But here's the deal:
Cancellation Terms:

More than 24 hours notice: Your deposit comes back to you, no questions asked

Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit stays with me (sorry, but I've probably already turned down other clients)

No-show: You pay the full amount (ouch, but fair)
Rescheduling
Life happens! Give me 24+ hours notice and we can shuffle things around without penalty. Your deposit just moves to the new time slot.
Session Flexibility
Follow-ups can happen via video, phone, or even text if that's what works for your brain that day. I'm adaptable like that.
